BLACK SEA E-MOBILITY
Working together for a green, competitive and inclusive Europe!
The Programme Environmental Protection and Climate Change aims to improve the environmental status of ecosystems and to reduce the impact of pollution and other human activities and to contribute to the overall objectives of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and in particular the reduction of economic and social differences in the European Economic Area countries and strengthening the bilateral relations between the Donor States and Bulgaria.
That is why this project unites the efforts of six Black Sea municipalities Kavarna, Byala, Dulgopol, Dolni Chiflik, Nessebar and Primorsko in order to adapt to climate change and reduce emissions by implementing innovative measures in the transport sector and increasing the capacity of municipal employees. The leading organization of the project is the Municipality of Kavarna, and the Union of Bulgarian Black Sea Local Authorities (UBBSLA) and the Norwegian research and innovation company Smart Innovation Norway AS will help with expertise to achieve the results of the project.
